Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: Bangor, Maine - Bangor, ME 04401The Hope House Kitchen Manager oversees all aspects of the Hope House kitchen to ensure the provision of high-quality services in alignment with the agency mission through the supervision of the Hope House kitchen staff. This includes functional management of the program, staff training, direction, and supervision, volunteer education and relations, and execution of programming, including meal and pantry services, food pick-up and processing donations. The HH Kitchen Manager directly supervises kitchen staff assigned to shifts in the Food Hub kitchen in compliance with all Preble Street policies and procedures. The HH Kitchen Manager also participates in program development and evaluation, resource and systems development, and community relations in support of the Program Director. The schedule for this full-time (40 hours/week), 1st shift position is Monday- Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
