Role Overview ​ We are looking for a Project Manager to drive operational excellence within Thermal Management BU. The role balances program tracking with "hands-on" process improvement and data management. You will be the bridge between strategy and cross-functional execution, ensuring on-time delivery, rigorous data consistency, and continuous improvement across the BU​ ​ Key Responsibilities ​: Multi-Tier Progress Tracking: ​: - Structure & track progress of strategic programs and workstreams - help define KPIs, track, report, improve​ - Structure & track progress of individual projects - help define KPIs, track, report, suggest improvements ​​ Process Engineering (Six Sigma): ​: - Drive internal process improvement - understand business needs, work across departments (e.g., IT, sales support, operations, procurement) to deliver improvements​​ - Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the BU to standardize workflows, train colleagues in the methodology​ Data Systems & Automation: ​: - Support development of BU-specific tools; ability to code/build simple apps to automate tasks or reporting is highly preferred​ - Support data generation processes to ensure consistency ​​ Op...
