About the role: We are creating a new Product Manager position to strengthen GRAM's team as part of our ongoing effort to elevate the company's structure and keep growing and innovating in the industrial weighing sector. This person will take full ownership of our product portfolio and act as the connection point between R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. It is a central role that needs dedicated focus, and one of the key additions we are making to the team at this stage of the company. About our products: GRAM manufactures industrial weighing instruments. Our products combine a significant mechanical component, integrated electronics, and embedded software, all designed for industrial environments. We reach our customers through both direct online sales via our e-commerce platform and through a network of distributors across multiple countries. This is not a software product role, and we are not looking for someone from that background. If your experience is in SaaS, Agile ceremonies, and user story mapping, you will probably find our world unfamiliar.
