What you'll build: - Second level support for all employee & manager HR inquiries in accordance with Service Level Agreements - Document and signature management - Creation and updating of employee files - Creation of HR statements - On-boarding of new hires and related administration - Administration of contractual changes - Support enrolment and deregistration in relation to Benefits - Update corporate Portal and Knowledge Base What you bring: - Graduate of Business Administration or HR related field preferred - Advanced English & fluent Romanian - Good communication skills; both written and verbal - Customer oriented - Quality driven, analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to w...
