Contract Specialist II 2600020Z Description The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced individual to fill the role of Contract Specialist. This position is responsible for coordinating and processing contract payment activities for the DMH Management and Budget Purchase of Service (POS) Department. Assist in the preparation and analysis of expense reporting; budgetary and financial analysis; and other duties as required. Duties and Responsibilities (these are a general summary and not all inclusive): - Processes all payment and disbursement aspects of a contract portfolio related to multiple programs and providers within the Department. Utilizes Electronic Invoicing Management (EIM), MOSAIC and CIW to monitor and report contract activities. - Serve as a POS accounts payable liaison with respective managers throughout the Department.
