Job Description Summary Responsible for operational execution of the Industrial Portfolio within Power Conversion & Storage NEU. Various large projects in a variety of different industrial applications locally and globally. Strong interface with customers and managing Project Management team for new equipment. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: - Senior Leader within North Europe PCS. - Key member of the extended leadership team supporting the region to achieve the P&L targets. - Provide strategic direction, commercial growth whilst ensuring operating mechanisms are in place and building organizational capabilities to improve business performance. - Responsible for the proper execution of a large portfolio of local and international Industrial projects with a particular focus on new equipment. - Support the region to implement an organization with world class standards, driving high customer satisfaction and strong Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance. - Attraction and retention of talent and management of medium sized teams.
