Service as a Baylor University Advancement Ambassador (BUAA) ranges from providing a touchpoint to sharing a variety of engagement opportunities. Participants will gain experience in communication, fundraising/sales negotiations and networking that will be useful during and beyond their time at Baylor. The starting pay is $10/hour with opportunities for growth based on performance. We are now hiring ambassadors for a flexible, part-time schedule for the Spring 2026 & Summer 2026 semesters.
