Description JOB OVERVIEW: Spine Care Partners is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our spine team in a clinic-focused role supporting Dr. Stevenson and Dr. Trimble. This position is ideal for a PA with experience in spine, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, or musculoskeletal care who enjoys patient interaction, clinical decision-making, and managing care plans in an outpatient setting. The PA will play a key role in evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and managing follow-up care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical exams - Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the physicians - Review and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) - Manage follow-up visits, including post-operative and conservative care patients - Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery expectations - Order and review labs, imaging, and referrals as appropriate - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. - Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
