Job Overview: The Logistics Clerk is responsible for packaging, protecting, and routing materials to various destinations including departments, plants, sites, customers, and vendors. This role involves handling both domestic and export materials, performing shipping tasks, and managing the flow of materials through the department. The position requires attention to detail, safe handling practices, and effective use of equipment and systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of materials. Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am: Pay: $27.90 per hour Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour Key Job Responsibilities: - Verify material quality and quantity against vendor and company documentation. - Receive, count, sort, audit, and store materials in designated locations using business management systems. - Pick and deliver materials based on pick tickets, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and quantities. - Pack materials according to specifications using appropriate packing materials and methods. - Perform outside crating for oversized items and construct crates, boxes, or skids when needed. - Operate equipment such as forklifts, cranes, an...
