Your primary responsibilities will be the projects enabling New Technologies, the delivery of NPD (New Product Development), VE (Value Engineering) and SC (Supply Chain projects). You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within the International/Global Business. Key Ingredients: Drive the digitalization of the Processing Teams (Drive/lead digitization initiatives of the processing team for pilot plant and factories) Scout and identify novel process technologies, grow them into higher readiness level (TRL) and then bring them into commercial projects.
