Summary: The Production Supervisor role within the Poultry Division is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. Responsibilities encompass a deep understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, overseeing line maintenance, and staffing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Checking and verifying daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements and accurate shipments and inventory management. Ensuring every position is filled before start-up of production line. Overseeing Team Member exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics. Ensuring all machinery is performing to the highest standard possible. Ensuring all workstations have passed USDA Inspection. Promoting safety daily and through monthly safety meetings. Knowing and communicating company benefits, compensation policies, and other relevant information to team members. Providing encouragement to Team Members to build the best team possible.
