DEPARTMENT MANAGER (>$50+) Job Number: 2600017R Primary Location : United States-Virginia-Norfolk Organization : NAVSTA Norfolk Pay Range : 55K + (depending on experience) Job Summary: Manages sales activities in assigned retail and/ or mall services departments. Ensures department s are appropriately stocked attractively displayed and adequately staffed to achieve sales goals and service standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for department level execution of retail and or assigned mall services business strategies procedures and policies. 3 YEARS GENERAL EXPERIENCE Experience which was gained in administrative, clerica,l retail sales or other related work which enabled the applicant to gain knowledge of selling floor operation practices and procedures skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
