Content & Creative Lead Department: Marketing: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: United States - Remote: Reporting To: Amanda Mahoney: Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 / year Description: The Content & Creative Lead owns the demand engine behind the Hi Rasmus brand. This role is responsible for turning our message, product, and customer stories into content and campaigns that generate real pipeline. You’ll build and run the systems that consistently produce high-quality content – especially video – and activate it through campaigns across email, social, paid channels, events, and the website. Your work ensures Hi Rasmus shows up clearly, consistently, and creatively everywhere our audience interacts with us. This role blends creative direction, campaign strategy, and hands-on execution.
