Core Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive cost estimates using Xactimate or similar tools - Support project managers with documentation and job flow - Ensure estimates align with profitability and efficiency targets - Communicate with adjusters to reach fair settlements - Support the full project lifecycle from intake to completion Process Improvement & Systems Innovation: - Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows - Implement tools and systems to streamline operations - Reduce manual data entry and improve turnaround times - Test and refine new tools and processes - Train team members on improved workflows - Utilize Ai Tools to propel the company into the future What Suc...
