Job Description Timmons Group is currently seeking a Construction Administrator for our Water Infrastructure Group to serve our Richmond, VA office. Projects will generally be located in central Virginia and consist of water and wastewater pipelines, pumping stations, storage tanks, and treatment facility components. The Construction Administrator will participate in preconstruction design review and manage the construction phase after design approval, working under the guidance of the engineering Project Manager. Projects may be implemented through traditional design-bid-build or alternative delivery such as design-build. This role may involve working with sensitive information and coordinating with contractors, inspectors, utility owners, property owners, local and state agencies. This role is responsible for managing all construction-related documentation and handling communication with stakeholders. The Construction Administrator requires independent decision making.
