Your responsibilities: Test Strategy & Planning - Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for large-scale logistics integration programs, covering functional integration, migration, regression, and UAT testing. - Collaborate with program and solution architects to understand business processes, system interfaces, and integration flows across multiple TMS platforms. - Establish clear entry/exit criteria, quality gates, and risk mitigation plans. - Develop a comprehensive test plan aligned with delivery milestones and business readiness. Test Management & Execution: - Lead and manage cross-functional test teams (internal, vendor, offshore) across multiple projects and geographies. - Lead test preparation, execution, and defect management through agile and hybrid delivery models. - Ensure full coverage for all integration points (TMS–ERP, TMS–Customer systems, EDI, API, middleware, etc.). - Manage data migration validation and reconciliation between legacy and target systems.
