This role ensures efficient production, quality control, and coordination of construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise crews and coordinate with other departments. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Plan daily operations including traffic control and material needs. - Inspect work quality and provide progress reports. - Resolve issues with clients, contractors, and design professionals. - Approve crew hours and audit weekly paperwork. - Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
