Overview FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Employee and Labor Relations Specialist, you will provide advanced Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) advisory and case management support to CSOSA leadership — conducting complex misconduct and adverse action investigations, supporting collective bargaining agreement administration, preparing ULP filings before the FLRA, supporting MSPB hearings, and advising on grievance and appeals procedures, all while ensuring legally compliant and mission-aligned workforce outcomes. Work Schedule and Location: On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC.
