Job description
We are building a compact, high-performance radar system designed to detect and track small UAVs in complex environments, including low altitude, cluttered, and urban terrain. As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will take ownership of radar architecture, signal processing design, and real-world validation — from theoretical modeling to field deployment. You will work across RF, embedded, and FPGA domains to develop robust detection and tracking capabilities for low-RCS targets in challenging operational conditions. This role offers the opportunity to design radar systems at the architecture level and rapidly transition from simulation to live field testing. Key Responsibilities: - Design and define radar system architecture (FMCW, Pulse-Doppler, or MIMO) - Develop range-Doppler processing pipelines - Implement CFAR algorithms, clutter suppression techniques, and tracking filters - Extract and analyze micro-Doppler signatures for UAV classification - Optimize detection performance for low-RCS targets (<0.1 m²) - Support RF front-end and antenna design decisions - Deploy radar prototypes and conduct live detection trials - Contribute to system validation, performance analysis, and itera...
