Overview Responsible for managing and administering Bulk Ingredients for the Cedar Rapids facility. To effectively support and continually improve the Quality and Food Safety Management System. This position is responsible for ensuring the appropriate food safety policies and procedures are utilized in the manufacture of products in order to meet regulatory, customer and consumer requirements. Responsibilities: - Driver of Food Safety Supplier Control programs, including but not limited to: Certificate of Analysis documentation), Third Party analytical submissions, Interpretation of analytical results, Corrective Actions as needed. - Leading and directing communication for sample submissions and shipping to customers. - Department owner for all SAP/PGT PO and invoice management - Supplies management and ordering for the department - Support to department food safety and quality programs data , analytics, file management and document control " - Lead process improvement of bulk ingredient analysis and reporting. - Track Analytical compliance per specifications, take immediate actions if results reported are noncompliant. - Monitoring SPA boxes for third party results. - Email and co...
