The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Accounting & Lien Management staff, while performing a broad range of A/R and A/P duties under the supervision of our Head of Accounting. Responsibilities include managing and paying invoices, ensuring that costs are recorded in both our accounting software & CRM tool, proactively working with our teams to successfully maintain updated billing totals, ensuring regular contact with outstanding lienholders, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports where needed.
