KYC Operations plays an integral role in the firm’s first line of defense against financial crime while ensuring client relationships are onboarded and maintained efficiently and accurately. The Know Your Client Desk Relationship Manager (KYC Desk RM) leads the KYC Desk function and manages the client lifecycle through onboarding activities using the New Client Adoption (NCA) framework, working closely with global FIC teams to ensure handoffs, dependencies, and onboarding objectives for US-managed clients are met.
