Overview The Human Resource Recruiting Coordinator is an on-site HR Coordinator focused on managing the busy recruiting function for the location. This position will also work with the HR Manager to support the daily human resources functions of our Orangeburg, SC distribution center. Primary focus areas include sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new team members plus engagement and general human resources administrative support. Responsibilities/Qualifications: HR Recruiting Coordinator key responsibilities include: - Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required. - Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, team members, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. - Maintains physical and digital files for team members HR documents. - Participates in new hire orientation and facilitates team member engagement programs. - Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs. - Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training....
