VHIR offers a vacant for a Laboratory Technician position within the Rheumatology Research Group – IMID-Biobank Main responsibilities and duties: Handling, processing and storage of biological samples and associated data Maintenance of laboratory paper and electronic registries Maintenance of laboratory equipment: Stock control of consumables and reagents Experimental support to investigators: Required: CFGS (Higher-Level Training Cycle) - FP2 Laboratory technician or equivalent Experience in biobanking and molecular biology Experience in tissue processing: Experience with automated laboratory equipment: Experience in Quality Management Systems: Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Access) Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (written and spoken) Labour conditions: Working hours : Full-time (37,5 hours per week). Starting date : As soon as possible or Month, Year. Working hours: 10:00 a 18:30: Gross annual salary : €20,000 - €22,000 Remuneration will be determined by experience, skills and responsibilities and aligned with the Collective Agreement pay scale.
