Description JOB TITLE: Domestic Violence Shelter Advocate ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT : House of Hope Domestic Violence Program SUPERVISOR: Director House of Hope Domestic Violence Program FLSA: Non-Exempt: PAY RANGE: $14.00- $21.00 hourly: **CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including but not limited to Indian Children and will require a criminal history background screening.** Job Summary : The shelter advocate is responsible for providing support and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and their children in the House of Hope Shelter, including assisting shelter residents with daily living needs and providing general support and shelter coverage. The Shelter Advocate also prepares rooms for new residents and conducts house checks. The Shelter Advocate is an AWAKE position. Shelter Advocates provide regular coverage in addition to weekday and holiday coverage as needed.
