As our Behavioral Health Clinical Lead, you’ll serve as a key resource for Social Workers, CASAC Counselors, and other clinical staff, providing required supervision, leading case conferences and team meetings, and ensuring high standards in assessment, documentation, and treatment planning. In this hybrid leadership role, you’ll oversee onboarding, training, licensure and CEU compliance, caseload management, and workflow coordination, while collaborating across programs to maintain regulatory excellence. You’ll also carry a reduced caseload to stay connected to patient care and support team needs during high-demand periods.
