Hours : 2nd Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm Pay : $22.24 What Will You Do?: In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for: - Set-up and operate weld equipment to weld all types of materials and products as required for Lean implementation. - Fabricate equipment to meet lean implementation developed from concepts, sketches, and blue prints. - Ability to apply lean methodologies such as Muda Hunt, 5S, 5 Whys, etc. - Perform project management relating to time, material resources, and team environments. - Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved. - Ability to run the Mill, Lathe and Horizontal saw. - Must be familiar with electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics. - Other duties may...
