About the team At OSB Group, our third-party relationships are critical to how we operate, innovate and deliver for our customers. We’re looking for a Head of Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management to provide strategic leadership across procurement and TPRM, ensuring our frameworks are robust, compliant, and future-ready. The role carries clear ownership for driving the transformation of procurement and third‑party risk management across the Group, embedding a modern operating model, fit‑for‑purpose tooling and strong executive‑level oversight. This role reports directly into Group Chief Operating Officer and will lead a geographically distributed team and oversee the full third-party lifecycle – from sourcing and onboarding through to ongoing monitoring and exit, ensuring our approach is resilient, proportionate and aligned to business strategy, while enabling agility and innovation. You’ll operate within the Group’s SMCR framework, representing the function at senior governance forums and acting as a trusted partner to leaders across the business.
