Job description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the purchasing of raw materials and finished goods for resale and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and all shipping/receiving functions. The management of the S&R office staff is also a part of the responsibility. Essential Functions: - Oversees the scheduling of daily shipments and inbound shipment - Plans the scheduled day for warehouse activities. - Maintains warehouse organization. - Maintains a safe working environment in the warehouse - Maintains warehouse housekeeping - Reports any potential issues with on-time delivery - Performs physical inventories as needed. - Orders all supplies not related to maintenance as needed. - Keeps control of raw material inventory levels. - Records resin adjustments weekly - Oversees and maintains office functions like accounts payable and scheduling. - Keeps office running smoothly - Reports accounting issues as needed Supervisory Requirements: This position does have supervisory requirements.
