Job DetailsJob Location: Grand Coulee - Grand Coulee, WA 99133Salary Range: $19.85 - $28.79 HourlyCoulee Medical Center is seeking a Scanning Specialist to join our Health Information Management (HIM) department, this position plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of patient health records within our electronic health record system. Responsibilities: Review documents for completeness and regulatory compliance Prepare and scan documents into the electronic health record system Accurately index and label documents within patient charts Monitor for duplicate or incomplete records Process record requests for patients and external entities Assist staff with medical record questions Support HIM analysts as needed Maintain confidentiality of all protected health information Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Proficient in computer systems, scanning, equipment, and office technology Excellent communication and team work skills Benefits/Salary: Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision, 403(b) with a maximum...
