Account Manager High-Level Role Summary: Oversee daily security operations for a large-scale facility operating 24/7 security coverage totaling approximately 1,800 hours per week. Responsible for leading a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, staffing stability, and compliance with post orders and site procedures.
