Company Description Working at Warakirri Asset Management: Warakirri Asset Management is a multi-boutique asset manager, with a specialist focus on ethical investing, actively managed equities, and agriculture. One of the investment vehicles is Warakirri Cropping , which will be your client group. Warakirri Cropping is an Australian owned, safety first, family oriented, innovative large scale cropping organisation. The other one is Solterra Agriculture, our newest and fast growing broadacre cropping fund. These will be your client groups. In your new role as an HR Business Partner, you will support the ongoing rollout of the HR People and Culture Strategy, and you will collaborate with key stakeholders and the Senior Team to drive improvement. The client group comprises approximately 150 FTE. If you are seeking a strategy-focused HR role where you can drive initiatives and make a meaningful impact, this may be the role for you.
