Great Blue Heron Casino & Hotel is seeking a Part-time Cafeteria Attendant! The ideal candidate is an energetic professional with proven knowledge, skills and abilities, executing the following in support of the company’s vision, mission and values: Perform other duties as required by the Sous Chef - Excellent internal and external customer service skills are required to be displayed at all times - Prepare items pertaining to cafeteria and quick serve menus - Pick up items from the kitchen upon notification of their readiness - Solid understanding of the P.O.S. system including Shift Changing Procedures, opening and closing procedures and cash settlement - Responsible for completing and maintaining daily and weekly cleaning lists - Organize and store supplies such as dishes, condiments and cleaning supplies; be consistent with stocking these supplies to allow efficient accessibility for the next shift change - Notify the kitchen in a timely manner by radio and/or phone of any cooked products needed and plan accordingly to ensure ample stock levels are maintained during breaks - Maintain levels of products required in designated storage areas for the cooks to ensure efficient prepar...
