Systems Analyst

Job description

The Systems Analyst provides advanced operational and technical support for enterprise technology solutions that enable frontline operations. The role leads issue triage and escalations, supports deployments and rollouts, administers assigned systems and tools, and partners with IT, operations, vendors, and leadership to maintain reliable service delivery and continuous improvement. Operational support resource for Ops Mobile by triaging inbound issues, assessing business impact, prioritizing requests, and coordinating timely resolution with appropriate support teams. Provide advanced troubleshooting for mobile devices, field technology, and related applications used by frontline teams and operational support functions. Manage escalated incidents and service requests, including issue ownership, root cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Support platform rollouts, proof-of-concept pilots, asset refresh initiatives, and other deployments, including on-site support as needed.
