Job Title: Summer Day Camp Program Lead FLSA Status : Full Time - non-exempt Reports to: Red Shield Program Manager Schedule: 40W M-F 7am-6pm (will vary by shift), Seasonal from May-Mid August Supervises: n/a: Rate of Pay : $17.51: Closing Date: 4/22/2026: Benefits : Temporary; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following: - Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire; sick time accrual is pro-rated for part-time hours.) Position Summary: The Red Shield Summer Day Camp Program Lead will work daily with kids in the center to build positive relationships and foster a friendly, safe environment where children can grow and thrive. The camp serves kids from kindergarten through 9th grade. To accomplish this, the Program Lead will collaborate with Program Aides and the Program Manager as a team to deliver programming that meets the evolving needs of the children. Program Leads will also be responsible for facilitating and leading programs designed by the Program Manager within their assigned areas.
