Change Strategy Manager – 6 month Fixed Term Contract This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be able to work from our Manchester office 1-2 times a week. This is an exciting management position, responsible for translating Business Plans into Change Roadmaps, executing strategic planning cycles, and owning and driving Functional Improvement activity. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Change Strategy - Partner with stakeholders across various functions to understand their business objectives and plan. - Produce high level change roadmaps providing forward visibility of strategic changes, aligned to those objectives. - Support prioritisation conversations to ensure change is strategically aligned, affordable and do-able. - Work in partnership with the PMO and Finance Teams to produce transparent, fact-based information into Portfolio Review Forums, Change Committee(s) and other key Change decision making forums to drive optimal investment decisions. - Work in Partnership with the Associate Director of Change Strategy, PMO and Finance to plan and execute quarterly and annual strategic planning processes to continually review and agree change investment.
