Full Time Employees Overview: The Child Behavior Technician provides a safe and effective clinic-based therapeutical and learning environment for children in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids. Interact with children in a professional, positive manner. Implements Behaven Kids model of care and curriculum. Implements treatment goals and objectives. Communicates effectively with parents, peers, and supervisor. Updates and maintains documentation and children’s records. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Must be nineteen years of age. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Related field experience of 3 years in a preschool or daycare setting (Preferred). Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to travel to Omaha for training - 1 day.
