Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components. - 3 years of experience in mentoring the managers. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field. - Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards. - Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
