Technical Support Specialist II (3 rd line) Location : Philadelphia (Office-based): This role is based 4 a week from our office in Exton, then moving to 5 days a week in our Philadelphia office in June 2026 Position Summary: Join our global Support Services organization as an IT Support Specialist II where you will be a key member of our team, providing third-level technical support to our Bentley colleagues. You will deliver crucial IT infrastructure and AV support for our Americas region, with a focus on our state-of-the-art Philadelphia Experience Center. We are looking for a customer-focused individual to maintain and enhance our IT service standards and support our colleagues in the Philadelphia office. Responsibilities: Provide exemplary white-glove 3 rd line technical support to both internal colleagues and visiting customers.
