We have an excellent opportunity for a Full-Time Butcher in our Lathrop, CA Meat Department. General Responsibilities: - De-boning arm chucks, removing excess fat, gristle and bone to comply with In-N-Out standards. - Observes for any imperfections, such as bruises and foreign matters and reports any findings. - Final inspection of all products before they are sent for processing - Clean and maintain tools and equipment Work Schedule + Benefits: - Full-time, Non-Exempt - Pay Range: $25.00 to $28.00/hourly + Monthly Butcher Incentive - The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
