Job Description: **2nd Shift Position We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor with previous quality control experience in the food industry. This position consists of testing and sampling all products and ensuring that we are producing a safe, great tasting, quality product that meets our specifications. Primary Responsibilities: - Facilitate HACCP compliance. - Oversee product sampling and analysis process. - Participate in microbiological control program. - Ensure all products meet quality and safety specifications via product testing. - Calculate adjustments to batches and alter batches to meet specs. - Participate in quality and sanitation programs. - Conduct environmental monitoring and implement corrective actions. - Supervise three lab techs, product compounding, and pasteurizatio...
