Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VoIP / Network Engineer with 15+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise voice and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VoIP technologies, advanced networking, and troubleshooting complex, large-scale communication environments. Experience with Cisco contact center technologies (UCCE) is preferred. Key Responsibilities: VoIP / Voice Engineering: Design and architect enterprise VoIP and IP telephony solutions Lead implementation of SIP, RTP, and call control protocols Troubleshoot complex voice quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss) Manage dial plans, call routing, and call flow design Network Engineering: Architect and manage enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) Implement advanced TCP/IP, VLANs,...
