ATI Richland is seeking a Maintenance Welder to join our team. This position will work a 4-day shift consisting of 12 hour days (time and half paid after 8 hours of each shift), Tuesday - Friday. The Maintenance Welder’s main responsibility is to make necessary repairs to manufacturing equipment and process. You will service various industrial machinery and equipment, industrial mobile equipment, and plant facilities. This specialized position adds the element of welding copper which will be taught on the job. To be successful in this position you will be detail oriented, organized to ensure accuracy, and have mechanical, troubleshooting, basic math, and computer skills. Safety is the company’s top priority and you will be expected to adhere to a strict zero injury safety culture. You may be required to work overtime may be scheduled for special project work as well.
