Position Summary: The Injection Molding Department Manager is a highly visible position responsible for supervision, guidance, and overall performance of the injection molding department for all shifts at 2 facilities (in close proximity.) The Injection Molding Department Manager is responsible for complying with procedures, policies, and regulation in order to assure component quality.
