Position Summary: The Retail Store Manager ha s direct supervision of all retail supervisors and hourly staff who have access to the vault and/or registers. They are responsible for building relationships with customers, total store supervision on a da il y basis , and meeting the needs of the store and business. In leadership, you will have the ability to lead and direct the store staff and successfully execute company strategies.
