About the role You'll lead the visual voice of Gamma, creating campaigns and brand systems that bring our story and product to life across every touchpoint. This means dreaming up and executing creative work that turns heads, from digital and motion design to web, print, merch, and events. You'll shape how Gamma looks and feels in the world, collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership to push visual boundaries while mentoring and inspiring other designers. As Senior Visual Designer, you'll jump between mediums with ease, leading projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomy. You'll blend concept, craft, and storytelling to create campaigns that aren't afraid of bold color or big ideas. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
