Compensation: $26 - $30 per hour Position Summary: Responsible for the safe operation of industrial trucks in the transport and delivery of construction materials to railroad construction jobsites. Performs a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, utilizing hand and power tools and other equipment. - Drive 20% and work 80% is in the field as a laborer/operator. - Drive crew to and from job site. - Drive a 750 crew truck with air brakes. - Hauling heavy equipment and rail construction material. Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Operates equipment to move, load, or unload material — approximately 20% of the role; the other 80% involves general labor tasks. Installs equipment or attachments on machinery and related structures; performs repairs, maintenance, and emergency adjustments as needed.
