Financial Planning Analyst - Finance Development Program

Job description

Our Finance Development Program (“FDP”) is designed to provide early career professionals a broad and well-rounded learning experience to prepare them to be future leaders of Mauser. The program will last 2-3 years, with participants completing various rotations designed to enhance technical and leadership skills needed to succeed. Each rotation will last ~6-12 months and include exposure to various finance disciplines at a Corporate, Group and Plant level. Program Goals: - Experience Broad and Cross Functional Opportunities: Participants will experience exponential growth technically, analytically and professionally across multiple finance disciplines. This allows participants to gain in-depth knowledge of the business, build relationships across the broader finance team and allow them to add value throughout the organization. - Exposure and Access to multiple aspects of the Business and Finance: Program participants are challenged by engaging with many different aspects of Finance within a manufacturing environment.
