Overview Salary Range: $59,200-$94,062: The US Regional Air Freight Process Standardization and Optimization Super User identifies processes that can greatly improve productivity, enabling employees to work more efficiently and support better results for customers, company performance, and system efficiency. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence by deploying standardized training for Cargo Wise shipments, operational process review, providing suggested operational and productivity improvements across the organization, thereby ensuring sustainable procedures that meet global as well as local objectives. This role trains operational staff, evaluates processes with regular Gemba walks, identifies gaps, and designs new ways of working to meet desired business performance and outcomes.
