Job Summary: The Director of Labor and Employee Relations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for labor relations, employee relations, and employee engagement. This role ensures fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The Executive Director serves as a key advisor to leadership on complex employee matters, labor strategy, and risk mitigation, and partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support institutional effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications: · Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field · Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in labor relations, including contract administration, grievances, and arbitration management · Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations · Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations, including EEO · Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Licensing Requirements: - Valid Driver's License Hiring Range: $84,770 - $121,100: Preferred Qualification...
